Projects - Everything I’ve built with AI.

I'm Roland, and these are all my projects in one place. Each one started as an idea I wanted to try and turned into a working product. AI agents wrote the code. I did the planning and kept things on track.

All projects

Sahm

Hardware & software

A voice companion that remembers you

You say "Hey Sam" and talk to it. Sahm keeps lasting memories and passing notes, greets you like it knows you, and has a kids mode that changes how it talks depending on the age of the child.

I wrote the firmware, the server that relays the conversation to OpenAI, the web app, and the enrollment and over-the-air update system behind them.

Retrograde Gamez

Games

A retro arcade in the browser

Two games behind one hub page: a vector Asteroids built close to the 1979 original, and Sunset Ridge, a three-lap kart race against five AI drivers. Both work on a phone.

I built both games, the hub and the leaderboard behind them. No accounts, no sign-up and no database.

Appentic

Platform development

Push-to-deploy hosting on dedicated machines

Appentic gives every project its own machine and private network, with push-to-deploy from GitHub, managed Postgres and Redis, S3-compatible storage, zero-downtime deploys, and a real terminal in the browser.

I built the control plane, machine provisioning and sizing, per-second prepaid billing, the coding agent interface, the Athena AI engineer, and the marketing site, all on top of Feather.

Chirp

Platform development

A social network built on voice

Chirp is a pixel-faithful take on pre-X Twitter where every post is a recorded voice clip, with feeds, replies, DMs, and engagement actions all built around audio.

I built the platform end-to-end: audio capture, GCS-backed storage with backend-signed URLs, Claude Haiku-powered hashtag and category generation, and a mobile-first layout.

Open CV Engine

Platform development

AI-assisted CV screening and interviews

Open CV Engine combines AI-generated interview questions, candidate-vs-job-description scoring, and async video interviews into one platform for hiring teams.

I built the platform end-to-end, integrating OAuth onboarding, multi-tenant recruiter accounts, AI evaluation pipelines, and a shareable evaluation workspace for hiring committees.

Burner

Platform development

Virtual phone numbers for privacy

Burner lets users buy and operate disposable virtual phone numbers from $1/mo, with calls and texts that route through their existing phone.

I built the full stack, including number provisioning, call and SMS routing, billing, and a usage dashboard, on top of a telephony provider with a privacy-first account model.

Feather

Framework engineering

A batteries-included Python web framework

Feather packages auth, admin, jobs, caching, storage, and multi-tenancy into a single Python framework so teams can ship full-stack apps without re-wiring the same plumbing each time.

I designed the conventions, built the CLI scaffolder, and shipped the framework alongside its marketing site, tuned for AI-assisted development via per-project CLAUDE.md guidance.
